No - the word they were looking for is "public", not the word they actually used.
ah, now I get it. Remember the brain does not read the characters but the overall form of the word and fills in the meaning.

No, I'm a shape reader also. Your shuffle program didn't pose too many problems with reading the material generated.
The word stood out because it appeared in the two lines of search results for that Webpage. Bit hard to miss actually.
