What Was The Designer Thinking?

One of the local delivery guys seems to have sold his place. They pulled down all of the outbuildings and I was pleased to see that they repainted the roof a pleasant colour. To my horror the next morning I saw that they had painted the house an awful colour. Hopefully this will be turned into a business address as I can't see anybody wanting to live here.

Who came up with this hideous colour scheme?

I've seen worse! There are a lot of pink houses in Brisbane.

I thought Sydney would be the capital of "pink houses" in Australia.

When I took the paddle boat lunch cruise, there were pink houses all along the cliff tops. One in particular was huge and hideous!

The only reason I can think of that this place is this colour, is becoz they want to be noticed.

What's wrong with pink and yellow? Is there any law to dictate what colour is allowable?

This is house racism, more research should be done into that concept. If this feeling goes unchecked we will have one day discrimination against certain house colours and even genocide against such colours (the house being torn down and the colour banned).

House racism has been in place for such a long time. Less of these spectacular looking freaks is more. Or something like that.

In certain council districts, the residents have NO say in what colour they paint their houses, or business premises. Sometimes, that is a blessing!
