Today's the 21st of July. Either it's the 41st anniversary of the first manned moon landing or the 41st anniversary of the world's largest hoax. I'm in the manned moon landing camp myself.
One of my favourite vids is below - be warned that there's lots of swearing. And it's not worth watching if you can't handle the swearing.
Onion Moon Landing - includes lots of swearing.
I'm known as a Frugal Bastard as I'm careful with my money and don't like wastage. I travel a bit, take lots of photos, make videos and like sharing my own silly opinions on stupid things and spelling mistakes that I discover in the media. Political comment and satire have a place close to my heart. I also major in sarcasm.

Taekwondo Perth Open Championships 2009
We spent much of Sunday watching the taekwondo Perth Open Championships. In the morning we saw about an hour before heading to the pool (I did 86 laps [43 real ones] in the time it took to do 80 last week) before grabbing pizzas and heading back to watch the more important bouts. Managed to get a few pictures and one video with a nice kick to the head. Unfortunately the kickee was our team member and he lost the final. In one of the bouts we watched the eventual winner did three consecutive backwards spinning kicks and clobbered his opponent in the head with the third. Mighty impressed we were.

YouTube Video - She Is - Alex (Clazziquai)
I don't mind listening to a bit of Korean music. Which isn't a bad thing as it gets played in our household a bit. I struggle to find good Korean music, for obvious reasons, but when I find something I like I will play it to death. The sister-in-law brought some CDs with her when she visited recently. My missus had this song on a CD she bought in Singapore but it was labelled in Chinese and so she didn't know who he was. The mystery has been solved. His name is Alex. Which is a rather strange name for a Korean. I'll give him that. Probably just a stage name anyway. The lady singing is known as Horan. The song is from a Korean drama and watching the video clip I recognise it as my wife has seen it.

Say Hello, Barrie
Barrie seemed rather pleased to receive his walking frame. Just look at the way he said "Hello". Charming, just charming.
"Say hello, Barrie."
Uploading the video of Barrie receiving his first walking frame has proved quite popular and the video even received an honour for being in the most popular comedy vids to be uploaded for the day from Australia. Way to go Barrie! You'll be a superstar if stick with me baby. Just as long as you don't wrap that walking frame around my skull.

My Red Bull Air Race Video Was Featured On The Budapest Times
I posted some videos on Youtube recently from the Red Bull Air Race. Today I noticed that there were five links coming from the most watched video from The Budapest Times. That took me quite by surprise. No mention of my name in their video link on the home page however. Fame is so fleeting.
