New Orleans - The US Venice
She's a bit wet in New Orleans at the moment. Sales of canoes must be on the rise.
I don't think Venice's sewerage system has 'backed up', has it? That is the worst part about these kinds of disasters. Who would want to swim in it, SCUBA gear or no?
